We're Not Looking for the Most Reps. We're Looking for the Right Ones.
Smart Internet isn't building a volume sales floor. Here's exactly the profile we hire.

Most sales organizations will take anyone with a pulse who's willing to knock doors. Smart Internet doesn't operate that way. We're building a team of professionals who want to rise — and that means being selective about who we bring in. Here's what we're actually looking for.
Excellent on the Doors
This one is non-negotiable. We need skilled closers — people who have put in the reps and know how to perform in the field. That doesn't mean you have to have been the top producer at every company you've worked for. It means you take the craft seriously and you're genuinely good at it.
If you're new to D2D, that's a conversation. If you've been in the industry for a while and you know what you're doing, we want to hear from you.
Unshakeable Integrity
The providers we partner with have earned 4.9-star ratings because they do right by their customers. We will not compromise that reputation with reps who misrepresent the product, oversell what can't be delivered, or use pressure tactics that leave customers feeling burned.
Integrity isn't a soft value here — it's a business requirement. We rely on low churn to generate the mission-end bonuses that make this opportunity worth it. Reps who cut corners on the sale undermine everyone on the team.
"Never compromise ethics to make a sale."
Low Churn Mentality
We're not looking for reps who are here for 60 days and then gone. Missions run 6 months to 2–3 years, and the real payouts are tied to completing them. We want people who are here to build something — a career, a financial outcome, a track record — not just to collect a few paychecks and move on.
That's a mindset thing more than a tenure thing. If you've had short stints before but you're genuinely ready to commit, we're open to the conversation.
Hungry to Grow
The path at Smart Internet doesn't stop at senior rep. The leadership team here came up through D2D and moved into growth private equity and investment banking. That's a real trajectory — and it's available to the people who perform and invest in the organization.
If you want a professional path that eventually moves you out of the field and into something larger, this is one of the few D2D operations where that's genuinely on the table.
